Vehicle Crime- Preston road

Dear Residents,

Please can we make you aware of an incident that has taken place on Preston road. 

A vehicle has been tampered with overnight on the 27th May to early hours of the morning on the 28th May. This has resulted in a member of public's car to be damaged. Luckily the vehicle was not stolen and there was no personal items stolen from inside the vehicle.

If you live along Preston road between Watkin Road and Back Lane. Please can you check your CCTV cameras on the dates provided below:

If you find anyone acting suspicious, you can reply to this message with a description of the findings and an email address. This will enable me to send across a NICE request to your email where he footage can be uploaded to that system.

May we also take this as a reminder to ensure vehicles are locked and secure, also make sure any valuables are removed from the vehicle and stored in a secure spot out of view.
